Posted February 28, 2018
Waimānalo Health Center was recognized for quality care by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). HRSA-funded health centers are expected to have ongoing quality assurance and improvement programs that improve patient care and outcomes. Health centers that meet or exceed quality improvement measures in their annual Uniform Data System (UDS) reports can receive Quality Improvement Awards (QIAs) to reward their achievements and support further improvement.
We are honored to be recognized alongside other community health centers nationwide. Mahalo to our staff, patients, and community members who support us day in, day out, as we continuously look for ways to better serve our patients, our `ohana.
