“Coming to the health center for check-ups is like a tradition in our family. We’ve been patients at WHC since before I can remember. The health center helped and guided me during my teenage pregnancy and has been a cornerstone of health and wellness for my family since then. A board member needs to have vision and wisdom to guide its organization to a bright future. I’m honored to use my experiences to be a voice for my community. It gives me joy to be part of this `ohana, one that’s given me so much. It’s time to give back.”
