WHC Needs Assessment Executive Summary

We believe that improving the health of communities begins where they live, work, play, and pray. We also believe that health embraces the whole person over the course of their life, and supports cultural continuity (social and cultural cohesion) and self-determination.

Waimānalo Health Center completed surveys, group and individual sessions with staff and community members to understand the needs in the community of Waimānalo, and the activities or services the community would like for us to support.
