Helping Hawai‘i Have Healthy Moms and Babies

Waimānalo Health Center is pleased to offer a new program to help pregnant mothers quit smoking. Baby & Me provides expecting mothers with:

• Four brief counseling sessions to help mothers quit before delivery
• Once baby is born, monthly meetings are offered for continued support
• If participants stay tobacco-free, they will receive a $25 diaper voucher each month for a year. That's $300 worth of diapers!
• If another household member wants to quit smoking too, the program is available to them. They are also eligible for $300 worth of diapers and $60 in gift cards.
