Free Glasses for Quest Patients

Waimānalo Health Center patients with QUEST medical insurance may qualify for free glasses.

The State of Hawaii Med-QUEST plan provides free eye exams and glasses for adults and children. Adults qualify for an exam and free pair of glasses every two years. Keiki qualify for an exam and new glasses annually. Please call WHC's vision clinic at 954-7135 to make an appointment or with any questions.

The vision clinic is open Monday - Thursday, 8am to 5pm.
